Profile Extrusions
SealingLife can provide extruded profiles to meet customer required specifications, using high grade compounds.
Extruding can often be combined with other post-cure processes like cutting to length, punching holes, die-cutting
notches, vulcanizing, etc., making it a good alternative to rubber molding in some cases.

- Durometers from 30A to 90A
- EMI or RFI shielding compounds
- USP Class VI Silicone, Viton, and EPDM

Cut to Length Extrusions
We have the capability of automatically cutting extrusions to length, and can support additional features such as,taping, notching, hole punching, and vulcanizing endless.
